A Message from the Founder

Michelle Vos is the owner of Rossi Designs LLC, a full service Interior Design company specializing in Residential Design, Home Staging, and related Workshops. Michelle Vos has had many years to follow her true passions in life. Helping people be supported by their environment is one of them.

"As an Interior Designer, it's always been my path to help create a supportive, creative, purposeful environment for my clients. Creating the Time to Thrive Symposium was a natural expansion of my true passions. I wanted to create a place for people to come together, be inspired, and create a better life for themselves based on their real priorities. An analogy I have is this:
Suppose you want to clean out, organize, and reconstruct your messy closet. The first thing you have to do is make a bigger mess by pulling it all down. Once it's a pile of mess on the floor, you can begin to see what is really all there. What do you have? You get to think about what you love, what you've forgotten about, what is just OK, and what you hate. You get to become aware of what is actually valuable to you and what are the things that just take up space. You also get to think about how your closet got this way in the first place. You get to focus on the most valuable things and put them in first. These are your priorities. Now you also know that you're going to have to let go of some things, so you don't overfill your closet again. It is a good thing, knowing you have plenty of room for the important stuff! You are no longer interested in having your closet turning into a cluttered chaotic mess again, are you? Your closet reflects balance and organized structure based on your values. Congratulations!

On a broader scale our country is in a big mess on the floor right now. OK, fine! Now we can begin putting it back together, along with our personal lives, the way we want. We have a big opportunity in front of us! What will you learn from this time of our lives? What will you create from this starting point?

The Time to Thrive Symposium was created to support you in this. The speakers at this symposium are truly amazing. With a wide variety of topics to choose from, you are sure to come away with at least one "Ah Hah moment". There will be wonderful vendors at the event as well.
